About the Community

The Knolls of Birmingham is a planned residential community located in Birming­ham Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Our community consists of 180 homes; 38 single homes, 38 “twins” and 104 town homes.  We are situated on 100 acres of open space and offer tennis courts, walking trails, a swimming pool and a clubhouse.
