*Please note that changes to the exterior of your home including the building and landscaping require the submission of the completed ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE APPROVAL form and approval of the Architectural Committee. The completed ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE APPROVAL form must be sent to Penco Management in advance of making said changes.
